2.1.8. Target loudness

The target loudness parameter allows you to specify the loudness level that Loudness Leveler will attempt to maintain. The active measurement is implied by timing mode and channel link, so the unit depends on that configuration (for example LUFS or RMS).

The actual gain applied is filtered through your attack/release and tolerance mode settings, so the output may not match the target instantly.
