2.5. Create Your First Mix

1. Open Mix.
2. Leave Source on All Groups, or choose the Library groups that should supply candidates. Library browsing filters do not change this selection.
3. Leave Tracks at five and BPM on Auto.
4. Open Settings within Mix and confirm the release defaults: Benchmark-Guided Modal, Start / end keys, Prefer same start / end, General Purpose, Same Mix BPM, Auto search quality, and harmonic detail enabled.
5. Return to the tracklist and choose Generate Tracklist.
6. Audition the result. Lock anything you want to keep, replace an alternative, or exclude a poor fit, then generate again.

Community uses the same named, auto-saved Mix workflow as Pro, with exact track counts from one through five. Pro adds larger Mixes, Gem Finder, and saved Gems.

The generated route is a starting point, not a claim that every transition is ready to perform unchanged. Rhythm, phrasing, energy, cue points, and transition treatment still need musical judgment.
