2.4.23. Show companion

Show companion adds a thinner, lighter line for the other input to each history panel. When source shows the main input, the companion shows the sidechain, and vice versa. The line uses a lighter shade of the source color and appears while a sidechain is active.

For Dynamics Optimizer, the companion is the main input; source shows the sidechain used by the detector. Hover over the line to see whether it represents the main input or sidechain.

This option is available when raster type includes history. It is off by default when loading a session saved before the companion trace was added.
