3. Standalone Options

APU Loudness Limiter’s standalone application has an Options button at the top left of its window:

• Audio/MIDI Settings… chooses the audio device type, the device, its active inputs and outputs, the sample rate, and the buffer size. On Windows, choose ASIO to use an audio interface’s own driver.
• Save current state… and Load a saved state… write and read the complete standalone state as a file.
• Reset to defaults… restores the default settings and recentres the window.

Plug-ins use the host’s audio device and settings instead.
